Weekly server meeting with Wayne and John

- Cory, Steve, Brandon, Sean, Wayne, and John were on the meeting

- Cory had some questions on a corp that couldn't load the income statement. Wayne and John had to remove cloudflare in order to get the file to run.

- Cory, why does it happen (server timeouts) so quickly - from her perspective. Wayne, basically said it just depends on the time of day, the amount of data, current server load, etc. It is not all the same scenario.

- Eventually, we, adilas needs to look at our code and make it go faster - often we require a big pull to make things happen

- We are heading into more and more aggregation and pre-summing some of the totals.

- If we keep cloudflare on, we then have to work on the performance. If we don't use cloudflare, it will never get looked at. It is either a 100 second timeout or nothing - that is all that we have.


- the big 3 projects on Wayne's list (datasource, saving files, and being able to cluster servers) - they may help but data aggregation may help more than those other projects. This could take years! Potentially.

- We will use what Eric is doing and then going forward from there. Regardless, it will still take time. Even with Eric, we have gone through multiple iterations. We are hoping that things will speed up based off of what we are learning.

- Finding the balance between expectaions and funding and ability to work on the system

- Maybe try to find some of the big players and help them chip in on where we are heading - As a pitch, look at what we did with sales tax... we could do the same things for ___________ (fill in the blank)

- One of our problems is... we are doing maintenance while going 55 down the highway

- developer.adilas.biz - it is up and running - configured and ready to go as a current box. We may need to tweak things... this is going to be on Brandon's shoulders

- Wayne - putting out a shout out to master John!

- Light talks about the WordPress site and backups - Grant permissions inside of MySQL database - may need to tweak that a little bit. Wayne has been in there working and tweaking on things - here and there
