Euflora - Quarterly Meeting 11/3/20 Richard, Jeffrey, Steve Palmer, Ashley from Euflora Cory, Steve, Brandon from Adilas - Reporting - Advanced Reporting Homepage - Global Dashboard - Heading towards aggregated data - averages, sums, totals, counts, year over year, etc. - All the stores in one place (multi corp dashboard) - Steve Palmer - duplicate customers - ecommerce vs internal - they have sent in some emails with some requests - add the new code in checkForDups yes/no - Wanting to merge and share the databases (aggregating) - They are interested in bridging users and having a master list of users - Cory brought up user templates and saved permission lists - Switch... they wanted customers to be global customer base and be able to share between stores - Steve Palmer was talking distribution and access points (delivery and location based options) - distribution points and routing. - In a way, they want anybody to put in an order and then they want to distribute those sales to certain points or systems. Eventually, it sounds like they will need zip code mapping and virtual geo fence type stuff. - Steve Berkenkotter - Our current CRM (customer relationship management system) allows for all kinds of alternate addresses. Then as they create the invoice, they pick from the shipping lists on file (able to drop ship or deliver wherever). - Using google API's to check distance, directions, etc. - Euflora was talking about their own delivery and dispatch type options - Normalizing data - both up and down the chain - Talking the number of transactions and how getting the data normalized would really help. Think of thousands of items (sku's), web descriptions, photos, etc. - Talking about roll up for tax purposes - On the master catalogs... some talks about levels of control and getting that data to flow up hill as well as control flowing down hill. Consolidation of data and controling the flow... up or down - Water, snow, ice - water at the transactional level, as it goes up hill, we lock it down and get more aggregated totals. - Light server talks... thank you Wayne from adilas, doing a great job! Eventually heading towards a clustered model. - At some point, we may need to get some hardware guys to help really refine things and tweak things as needed. You need the software, web, Internet, and the hardware pieces. - Small little tid bits and micro tweaks - they have tons of entries on their slack channel - They would like to show us some demos of what they are working on... possible options there, even for our other clients
