	- we will merge them in (quick and simple)
	- you are responsible for pushing them up (dealing with fully custom)

anything dealing with core needs to go through full sign-off

	alan can handle these if you let him know

length of the project... if it has been weeks, we need to reverse merge (add in their changes to the newest version) in order to be as up to date as possible.

for all of the guys... go gather up all of the custom stuff that you have into a small branch

going from older servers to newer servers - from Newtek to Hostek - explain the process

we are seeing more issues in this transition

files are missing, servers are struggling, certificate stuff, DNS stuff, database updates

server fires - could be older hardware, older versions, etc.

we may want to do a push to get all servers on to the new environments - small sprints

old code over to new hardware - keep it simple

trying to get everything to be the same... same version of mysql, same version of cf, other settings...

server reliability - things have been shaky and we need to get things stablized
