raises for the guys - shoot for a goal of 40 hours per week - shoot for $10,000 a month - customer funded projects and development - we don't have any real estate - currently we don't have any employees (that is a big cost) - if we charge at $100/hour, we could then pay our guys a better rate - talk with each person and help them get more per hour or per project revenue sharing things (bonuses) - this started out as a budget based amount - we also used it for reoccurring services that needed to be maintained - the old method was based on usage of certain pieces $75,000/month 1/2 percent or .005 1/4 or 1/10 or whatever... - options for performance - goals, games, and bonuses - other perks such as vehicles and expenses (virtually like dealer plates) - there are some negative pieces - sending money for nothing - sometimes people don't feel like they deserve that reoccurring monies turn things into trust - higher level - at one point, there was full ownership, that ownership was moved - adilas would own adilas - all of the ownership would go up higher - we would all just be cofounders/members - an llc or c-corp is almost treated like an individual - some of the rules would extend to our spouses and maybe family - retirement and death - so many people have helped us get where we are at (cofounders) - what are the rules? - this could and will be an investment for us and our families - receiving things as long as they are still involved - what happens if they, a cofounder or dependable, is no longer involved? talking about shares - percentages, going public, etc. operations and accounting are one of the oldest businesses around looking way forward... what would this look like in 1,000 years - let it live on historical growth and where we've been and where we cut our teeth potential use of whitelabels as a way to buy/sell some of our clients - the whitelabel companies sell and support the product if we can boost things up... and get paid for what we are doing... we could start hitting some of our future goals - Steve's example of 3 apples but the demand is 12 - harness that supply and demand - Making sure we get some of the customer funded pieces - 1/2 down or 3/4 down - We have to filter these demands down - do that by charging a fair price for the services that we are rendering figure out how to make the money and then figure out how to spend it vs the other way around - we have 215 projects sitting in the queue - to get a new client, it costs us money - aquisition costs - our current clients want some changes and they are willing to pay for it - if we fix things for our current clients, they will tell their friends, even if they had to pay for it - we need to start picking up the money that is being waved at us for system functionality and enhancements to do list stuff: - Brandon will talk to Shawn about a raise
